Terms & Conditions – zj88 Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zj88", "we", "us", "the Platform" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at zj88.asia, including all associated services, games, and account facilities.
• "Player", "you", "User" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with zj88 or who accesses the platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration with zj88.
• "Real-Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the player and available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match deposit bonuses granted by zj88 that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the multiplier applied to bonus funds that determines how many times those funds must be wagered before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity verification process required by zj88 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Applicable Law" — refers to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which zj88 operates and holds its gaming licence.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 To register and use the zj88 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be legally entitled to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction;
• Not be a registered self-excluded player at zj88 or any affiliated platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation;
• Be registering your own personal account using accurate, truthful identity information.

2.2 zj88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by zj88 will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

2.3 Any player who provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the age or identity verification process shall have their account immediately and permanently terminated. Any funds resulting from play conducted during a period where eligibility requirements were not met may be confiscated at zj88's discretion.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active zj88 account. Creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or under alternative identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zj88 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit any balances held within duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zj88 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any other individual to access your account, or allow your device to remain logged in to zj88 in circumstances where another person may access it.

3.3 You agree to notify zj88 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. zj88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 zj88 accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Use of zj88 accounts for commercial purposes, including operating as a broker for other players, facilitating third-party deposits or withdrawals, or running any form of gambling service using zj88 infrastructure, is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits to zj88 may be made via the approved payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the platform, which currently includes JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. zj88 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit at zj88 is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to your account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zj88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zj88 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting account must be fully KYC-verified prior to first withdrawal;
• The amount requested must consist of real-money balance only — bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise specified per payment method;
• Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — under 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days; USDT TRC20 — within 2 hours under standard conditions;
• zj88 reserves the right to carry out additional security verification on withdrawal requests that are flagged by the fraud monitoring system, which may extend processing time.

4.4 zj88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Players whose transactions are declined for these reasons will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available at zj88 are subject to specific terms that include, at minimum: a wagering requirement, a minimum qualifying deposit, eligible game restrictions, a bonus expiry period, and a maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is presented to the player.

5.2 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit, and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once using duplicate or new accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

5.3 zj88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured under the terms that were in force at the time of crediting.

5.4 Where a player requests withdrawal of funds before fulfilling the applicable wagering requirement, zj88 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount, releasing only the net real-money balance.

5.5 zj88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games available on zj88 are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. zj88 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 All RNG-based (Random Number Generator) games on the zj88 platform use certified RNG engines supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by zj88 or any third party.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or server interruption that affects an active game session, zj88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. No compensation beyond the original stake amount is due in the event of technical failures.

6.4 For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and UFC markets: all bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. zj88 sports betting rules — including rules on void bets, postponed events, and dead heats — are available in the Sports Rules section of the platform.

6.5 Maximum bet limits apply to specific games and promotional periods. Players who are identified as consistently placing maximum bets immediately upon the start of each bet opportunity in a manner inconsistent with standard recreational gambling may have bet limits adjusted at zj88's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zj88 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one account;
• Use of automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on the basis of non-public information;
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or use of stolen financial credentials;
• Money laundering or use of zj88 for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at zj88 staff or other players;
• Use of the platform by individuals who are self-excluded, suspended, or otherwise barred;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 zj88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and automatic session endings after a specified time period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months.

8.2 Once a self-exclusion request is activated, zj88 will close your account and make reasonable efforts to prevent you from registering a new account for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating new accounts is a breach of these Terms.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the zj88 platform — including but not limited to the zj88 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of zj88 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zj88 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any zj88 content without express prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zj88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server failures, or third-party infrastructure issues;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Actions of third-party payment processors;
• Decisions made by the player based on their understanding of these Terms or game rules;
• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the platform.

10.2 zj88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use zj88 at their own risk.

11 Account Termination

11.1 zj88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities;
• The player has provided false or misleading information;
• The account poses a money-laundering or fraud risk;
• Continued operation of the account would expose zj88 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

11.2 Upon account closure for reasons attributable to player misconduct or breach of Terms, zj88 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, where those funds are reasonably linked to the prohibited activity.

11.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting zj88 support via live chat. Any real-money balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method after applicable verification requirements are met.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other matter relating to your zj88 account, you should first contact zj88 support via the 24/7 live chat. zj88 aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service designated under zj88's operating licence. 12.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zj88 holds its gaming licence. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to which you irrevocably submit.

13 Amendments to Terms

13.1 zj88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or email address associated with the account, or via a notification within the platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect (except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive).

13.2 Continued use of the zj88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
